I work for BNSF and for me it would be a toss up between an EMD SD40-2 and a GP60. Both these loco's load up quickly and are SMOOTH!! (granted they have not been converted for RCO)

A few months back while working a LACLAC , I had two GP60's. FINE POWER!!!

IMO-Mechanically sound SD40-2's are my favorite road units.

My least favorite for switching are ANY GE's. or loco's that have been converted for RCO ops. Waiting for a GE to load is like waiting for the next full moon.

My .02.

SD40-2's are up there, I've run a lot of the UP SD70M's and they aren't too bad. GE's generally suck.

But here on the IC the worst for me would have to be our SW14's. They rattle like there's no tomorrow, they're very drafty and having my knee hitting the contol stand all shift is very annoying, although the lack of event recorders has its good points at times.
