Metro derailment in Washington DC? 1/8

I was watching the news earlier this morning and I thought I caught the tail end of a possible derailment in Washington Terminal. It made mention of the tunnels, so it would have to be a train coming to / from the RF&P. Does anyone know more about this?

This was a minor derailment on the Washington Metro.
