I caught another glimpse of a scale tester on the siding for Domino Sugar in Yonkers this morning. It was there about a month ago, too.

I guess Domino has a scale inside somewhere.

If they do, it must be new. My father worked at the facility for 37 years and there was no scale there as of 5 years ago. Maybe it's new?
