What Does It Say?

I've been working on 'virtual models' for Microsoft Train Simulator (MSTS). Looking at bluebird GP-9 photos, there is something stenciled on the pilot that I can't read with my old eyes.

Looks like:

NO ??????????
ON THIS UNIT

Can someone help me out?
