Info from a 1998 ST ETT. No reason to believe it's changed.
District 1
Freight Main Line from Mattawamkeag to West Limit of CPF200 (Scarborough) and all related Branches, Running, and Industrial tracks.
District 2
Freight Main Line from CPF200 to CPF-NC (North Chelmsford),
Northern Main Line CPN-1 (North Chelmsford) to Bow,
Western Route Main Line from CPF-LJ (Lowell Jct) to CPW-WJ (Wilmington Jct), and related Branches, Running and Industrial tracks.
Distrcit 3
Freight Main Line from East Limit CPF-NC(North Chelmsford) to CPF370(Erving), Northern Main Line from CPF-NC to North Limit CPN-1, Worcester Main Line, all related Branches, Running and Industrial tracks
Distrcit 4
Freight Main Line from CPF370 to West Limit CPF467(Mechanicville), Rotterdam Branch(CPF477, Crescent, to Rotterdam Jct), East Deerfield Loop, Conn River Main Line(Springfield to East Northfield), Waterbury Branch(Berlin CT to Waterbury CT), all related Branches, Running and Industrial tracks.

Of note is that the Conn River from East Northfield to White River Jct is controlled by the New England Central, and that the Freight Main from Mechanicville to Crescent, CPF467 to CPF477, is controlled by the CP/D&H. The Boston area trackage is under the control of Mass Bay Commuter Rail.
District 1 is essentially the Maine Central, while the remaining Districts are the B&M. The road channel on Distrcit 1 is the old MEC channel, 160.62, the rest of the Districts use the B&M Road channel. 161.16/161.52, except in Connecticut, where the Yard channel, 161.4, is used for both Road and Yard.
