NY Times article about the loss of the railfan window

Well I have, and it has been pretty effective too through that fuzzy railfan window, I have also videotaped out front through the fuzzy windows and when I zoom in, I get better quality, just like an unfuzzy railfan window.

Granted, it's often not that always that easy to photograph out the front of even the trains with normal front windows, as between the dirt, and worse, the scratches, it's not always easy to find a small place to place the lens....

Well, luckily I have, and my photos have come out well.
