Yes, the SLR operates the BMS now.

Are they still using that ex-Amtrak EMD SW-1? switcher or are they using the StL&A locomotives?

They have the Quebec Gatineau SW1500 #1504, been around for maybe two years? You can see pics on Nerail, try a search under SLR. One of the SW-1s is still running up in Berlin I believe, the other one needs something done to it and is at lewiston junction.
