I'm puzzled as to where the PRR met the "Monongahela" around Brownsville. I thought its line from West Brownsville southwards along the left bank of the river joined up with the MGA line to Waynesburg and the Blacksville mines at Ten Mile Run Junction, and then made an end-on junction at Crucible with the MGA line onwards to Nemacolin.
But I've just seen a map showing the PRR with a branch from Ten Mile Run to "Jefferson" (i.e. Mather) dating from before the Waynesburg MGA line was built.
Was this line ever PRR?
