On the Whippany Line, just past S. Jefferson road, and right at the switch for the tracks that used to go to the old channel building (now schweppers) workers were using two of the maintainance veichles for about the past two weeks. Not really sure what they are doing, they were fixing something on the switch itself the first day I saw it. The also had a truck with the rail wheels on it, with railroad ties on the flatbed. Im guessing they were taking old ones out and swapping them is my guess.
