I was there Monday afternoon and saw a combined Amtrak 29 and 49 deadheading back to Toledo on account of the NS derailment in Goshen.

Where in Holland was this? I'm assuming this is the same line that runs parallel to Airport highway?

I can't guarantee it, but I would bet this was at the "railfan park" there in Holland where the stone lot and caboose are. That's usually where I sit when I'm out there, and I don't think I've ever been out there alone! There's always someone else there watching.

Yes this was at the railfan lot. Most of the "regulars" there also belong to the Swanton Model RR Club too. I'm not because I just don't have the time right now.
