I spotted the KCS 4000/4005 this morning at DuQuoin, IL. They will be on the L-54691-23, on duty at DuQuoin @1100. Should be in the East Saint Louis/Alton & Southern area about 14-1500 today. Really sharp looking power!

I noticed this on the "Railroading in Southern Illinois" Yahoo board also. They're SD70ACe's I think.
