I noticed that there will be excursions from Tuckahoe to Richmond this month. What I can't seem to find are the prices. Does anyone know?

Also, due to vandalisum, the Haloween train ride has been cancelled.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I rode the 11:30 train from Richland to Tuckahoe today.

It was standing room only. Tickets were not lifted from the standees, so they could use them for a later train any time through Dec 17.

Passengers on M-410 seemed to enjoy their train ride.

Every seat was occupied on the 1 o'clock train from Tuckahoe back to Richland.

The 2:30 train back to Tuckahoe was crowded, too.

This seems to be a very popular service, among local residents as well as area railfans.

The CMSL web site is advertising "Santa Express" trains on every "scheduled" weekend train (with Saturday and Sunday specifically listed) through Sunday, 12/18. Are these running Court House to Cape May (which has no scheduled service) or Tuckahoe to Richland (which does, but Saturday only)? I find it hard to believe that the CMSL would have two services operating simultaneously: Cape May and Richland. The CMSL web site poses more questions than it answers.

Does anyone know the status of the CMSL? Their web site is down and, perhaps I am being alarmist, but with the summer season nearly at hand, that seems ominous.
