It goes (went) from Anderson to Frankton, around 7 miles.I don't know if it is still in operation. Perhaps you could ask on the Indiana railroads Bull Session forum ,do you need a link to it ?

I saw the line in 1999. The tracks were in good shape and the RS-11 was store near the elevator just south of Frankton. It was shiny black with white handrails.

As far as I know its still in use and sees regular operations.
Its part of the old PRR's Richmond Branch, from Frankton to Anderson (Dow Interlocking). Currently NS serves that.
