Its been a bit, but I've uploaded some recent images and I thought I'd
share them for viewing. Not exactly groundbreaking material, but
interesting images of our favorite railroad, never the less. Here we
go....

First we have an SU-100 arriving at Ridgefield Park, NJ on a sunny
September day:

Next here is a shot of the 3672 basking in the morning sun at the
engine facilities:

Next, a somewhat different view of the 2062 shoving cars through CP-3
at North Bergen recently:

Here is CSX Train X254 passing an idling NYS&W GP-18 at Mt Vernon
Street:

Next, a Sunday afternoon SU-403 has arrived with two "things" on the
point:

Here we see the same 403 after dropping the ALCo's but before seeting
out the NYS&W freight:

and finally, an image of one of the NYSW's finest hard at work. or, as
the caption states, "young meets old"... a modern day "generation gap"!

Thats it for now. Railfan safely, and feel free to opine, praise,
criticize or just generally harass me about the "quality" of these
images!

Thanks for the pictures.

Your lighting and air quality was pretty good. Recently, Ridgefield has had some really filthy, hazy, humid, ozone laden air.

apparently, getting images without the usual haze/ozone/smog is a biot of a challenge in north east New jersey.... but when things fall into place, it can be rewarding!

If you use a cir. polarizer it usually helps with the hazing.

Whatever happened to 1802? I remember always seeing 1800 and 1802 in RP as a kid.
