Saratoga Rail Station Completed

I am surprised this hasn't been posted before. Below is a link to pictures from the CTDA web site of the new station in Saratoga. Now what I want is a gambling train

Despite its apperance, it is not completed. If you look carefully, there are pieces missing from the trim around the windows on the track side and South side of the station. Its the white areas you see in the pictures.

In addition, the "new" platform is a mess because the concrete was not mixed properly and is breaking up on the surface. The platforms with the tracks have not been even started yet. No work has begun on the tracks themselves either. The parking lot has not been paved and the grass and flowers have not been planted.

I was up there 2 weeks ago and this is what I observed.
