Details have recently been posted regarding this year's annual Chicago-L.org Historic L Tour. For those unaware, this is a yearly excursion held by CTA's Graham Garfield with an emphasis on the historical and architectural details of various L stations. This year's trip is combining the newly-rehabbed Douglas route with the soon-to-be-rehabbed Ravenswood route, via the recently double tracked Paulina Connector.

The tour will be held on a charter train of 2200-series cars. I am assuming there will be 4 cars (2 married pairs) as this is what was done the past two years. Nevertheless, space is limited so all those interested should sign up early. The cost is $33.00 per person.
