Westbound South Shore 11/23/1968 Thanks Folks...

Interesting shot. Leaving a station, car marker just by the train, so the station is behind the photographer. They've shifted the tracks and the old tracks has a siding just clear of the crossing. Looks like a undergrade bridge in the distance, maybe for a parkway? Looks like a spot where they are starting one of the elevation projects, so what was getting elevated in that time frame? Maybe looking west from Wantagh?

Krispy, I believe is on the right track. However, I think we are looking west from the temporary platform at Seaford.
