1989 New Haven FL-9's Fan Trip to Ronkonkoma

Fan Trip 1989 to Ronkonkoma New Haven FL-9's ( no.2023 and 200??)

Any help with more information: Date, Flyer, schedule, consist, sponsor etc. would be very helpful. Thank you.

I can’t offer any other info, but the second unit is the 2006.

Is that the one that went over Hell Gate? If I recall right it was in mid-June. I have some photos of it—might be able to check the date in the coming days.

This was a fantrip from MNCR to the LIRR run by either NRHS chapters or other rail enthusiast groups from
the Hudson Valley and/or Connecticut - and there seems to be date conflicts and possibly a second trip...
