Central New England's original freight house was moved to 18 Washington Ave. The photo is from 2001. When I look on Google, the building is gone. When I research the town, the local historian says that the bookstore at 55-57 Front St is the original freight house but it is different in appearance.

Anyone have info on it? Thanks.

There are multiple likely candidates here with no street view but what best matches the photo is at 41.783490692384646, -73.69498258354461 with the rusting metal roof. This because of the trailer parked south of it and the general appearance around it is similar to the photo and not as upkempt and neat as the other properties.

There is a garage directly west blocking the only street view.

The garage(s) blocking the street view belong to Millbrook Fire Dept. I just confirmed through a member of the FD, per their fire chief, that the aforementioned rusty metal roof, which is on the property for 18 Front St is in fact the freight house that was moved.

Did a quick drive around there this weekend, not much to note. May try to find the property owner and see if I can get in and peek around, see if any signs of its history visible inside.
