26 or so covered hoppers + various tank cars parked in a Stiles St. Yard. They starting to use this yard again?

Yes. Stiles Street is back in use for car storage at this time. They started staring cars there about two or three months ago. CR wanted to make it a training yard a few years ago when Eport was running out of room. They started using Burlington since it's close to someone's home.

Wasn’t that what they were doing before they took the yard out of service originally? Also, any engines sitting there? They used to tie down oil train power in there prior to 2020.

A little before Covid. Like a few months.

PR-11 is working Port Reading with CSX 8016 (very dirty) and CSX 4405

NS 65K is on East Siding but is unable to leave due to a faulty EOTD. They will leave when they get a new one from their trainmaster.

I highly doubt a trainmaster brought an EOT out, they hardly do anything much less anything that requires physical labor.

BTW, were you the guys in the silver car?
