I don't get why you're so inclined that they HAVE to interchange with D&RR twice a week...

They don't have to. Especially since RB1 wont run until Friday... It'll most likely just be Thursday and that's it.

That was for a sidewalk and ADA rubber apron project back before the schools opened in September. They got it all done in time for the hoards of kids to cover the area like ants on sugar. Any tree removal was for the sidewalks not the ROW.

You'll almost never see SA22 going down to red bank unless there's a dire need to get the cars out. Even then it's highly unlikely.

It doesn't make a difference anyway this week since RB1 didn't run yesterday.
