When the Indiana Full crew Law which required a 3rd Brakeman on trains of 70 cars or more was in effect, did the PRR have a point near the Ohio State Line where the 3rd Brakeman was dropped / picked up on the Ft. Wayne / Crestline, Columbus / Logansport, and Columbus / Indianapolis runs?
