Looked up Historic Aerials as far back as 1961 and there seems to be no building on Raynor Avenue accessible by
rail, if it was served by rail would be probably be east toward Marcy Avenue.

On the NE corner we have the LI Potato Warehouse in 1957 served by rail. This location referenced by LIRR in 1966 and in 1986. This may be location, as companies change names etc. I have searched for the address for Philbrick, no luck. That's the issue, as I see it. Think so?

As a follow-up to my previous post, I'm having second thoughts. Further research has uncovered an article that states that Gregory Place is "only a block away from the factory." If accurate, this would place it well north of the tracks on Raynor.
