Two of the better ones from The Operating Department's rules of our days; probably still in the book:

Do not kick the brake shoe when the train is in motion

Do not change the headlight bulb while the train is in motion.

I've never done either.

Also a good idea not to stand in front of a train while it is moving forward. Don't know if that's in your book or not. LOL

Yep
Seems to be a database of sorts with different safety tips and whatnot for more or less every day of the year

I've never done either.

Never seen the headlight one, must only be in the transportation rules.
Its written, because someone did it, and got hurt.
