Hello,
Was the CASO single or double tracked during New York Central days? At St. Thomas did CSX have trackage rights to Niagara Falls, then onto Buffalo, NY? Was this an agreement dating back to the Pere Marquette? One more, please: Was there a main reason why Conrail decided to sell the line? I wonder if CSX or NS has any regrets over it being gone after buying Conrail...
Thanks in advance.
