0240-0450/10-22-2021 was a period in which Loki was active, starting with Dispatcher-side 0241 hash, followed by a "That is correct." Guessing it mighta been D-2 activity.
There would be a short spate of Yard Channel garbles starting at 0304 and a 0308 D-3 call to FI-2, any immediate developments unheard by me, but FI-2 would be a player later.
0315 was when the 333 WLs were dark, the 334 ELs and 1 WB stagger -- yes, I've changed terms -- for 335 and the 335s dark.
Things were in silence mode WB up Da Hill. the 345 ELs and WLs were at Stop, naught visible on the mains. From the Yard Lead switch west, 1 had general that included loaded scrap gons, an MT solo rack, a coil car, and others mebbe up to the westerly FP. The 2 also had general, covered hoppers in particular, 4 being a mystery, and up against the MART fence was a loader. Over at Parkers at 0341, the 346 WL was dark, as would be the 345s in another few, so there probably had been an EB. At 0348, there had been a spell of public safety encroachments, real D-3 hash coming when I was EB at 0353 and again at 0354 "Foreman" being clear.
At 0356, the 333 WLs were at Stop, which seemed like a remarkably quick trip for the supposed EB, but at 0358, they went dark again, so I got EB again.
Further east, the EB staggers for 330 showed an Approach for 1 and Stop for 2. The 330.8 WBs were dark, and the 330 1 WL showed a Slow Approach and the 2 a Stop. However both the 330 ELs and GL WLs were dark.
The FG WLs were at Stop, and just then, D-3 reached out to FI-2, asking if they'd be crossing over or looking for a cab. Fi-2 said they'd be crossing over, D-3 saying to call when they wanted a light.
At 0412, FI-2 continued to be audible, but not visible. What was visible were the all-Stops FG ELs, a TC on 1 just west. Add another TC driving into the Engineering Facility and a TC with lit rack lights in the facility. At 0414, there would be hash from the TC about being at the OOS limits of FG, D-3 advising there'd be a wait for the local to change sides.
How busty was Loki? Nashua Street EB was closed cuzza road work, so there was no viewing of the EB staggers for Derby or possible company hopper on the RVJ stub.
At 0422, FI-2 would advise D-3 that they were ready for a light, only intermittent hash -- including at 0448 on Road side -- for the balance of listening.
Any unmentioned were cuz naught clear to, from, or about got to my ears.

0240-0440/10-25-2021 was filled with things other than rain and garble, starting off at the start with a clear D-3 confirming that AY-6(six) with NS 9441 had lined and locked normal at San-Vel, next asking for a track update, rogering with thanks.
At 0253, FI-2 would call out to D-3, repeating at 0259 and again at 0302. The engine was giving them trouble, and they asked if a maintainer was anywhere near. The overspeed trip was knocking off the compressor, and they couldn't load, so couldn't go. The engine was the 5948, and the Chief would indirectly say through D-3 at 0308 to take the leader off ED-9 and use that. More will follow.
At 0313, attention would shift back to AY-6, a count being needed for each track. 0313 was also when the 333 WLs were dark, Stops on the 334 ELs and darkness on the 1 WB stagger for 335 and the 335s to follow. When I was partway up Da Hill, D-3 would answer AY-6 and roger with thanks whatever the update was.
Up Da Hill, the 345s were dark. From the Yard Lead switch west, the 1 had MT racks and then general to mebbe the FP, the 2 from the east had a covered hopper, a pair of MT centerbeams, a few LPGs, more MT racks, and then hoonose what, and the 4 would be unknown.
At 0337, D-3 called out to POAY, next going into garble mode, clearing to say there'd be a Form D when POAY was ready to copy. At 0338, a clear D-3 answered, rogered, and thanked Q426, possible crossing noises for same at the X6.0 and X7.8 having been heard at 0133 and 0144. As the trip EB continued, there was Road-side garble at 0341. In a couple and with Mount Wachusett doing its thing came a broken Form D G303 to the 75??, a Line 12 for ????. The time effective never exited the speaker. 0345 would offer a broken 241, followed by "another 241."
At 0347, the 333 WLs were dark, and further east the EB staggers for 330 were at Approach, the 330.8 WBs, 330 WLs and ELs, and GL WLs each and all dark. There had been brief clarity -- "AY-3" -- at 0354, but naught further to, from, or about those guys would reach me.
The FG WLs were dark, but a bit east and at 0403, NS 6958 was shoving the 5948 and the rest of the move east to car countdowns. The West Side had Loram equipment by the Engineering Facility. Dark NS 1107 --ED-9 trailer? -- was on East Side. Also on East Side was a partially obscured FRA car. Dunno if the Loram and FRA presence mighta been related to all the TC activity last week.
Again there was no viewing of the EB staggers for Derby or a possible company hopper on the RVJ stub cuz Nashua Street was shut down for work.
At 0417, D-3 241d POAY with the 7552 past the Stop signal to the East Leg of the wye, adding to go down IM-1 and drop the waters on the pad, there was more, but Mount Wachusett was again a factor.
There would be rare spurts of garble, but when I was in my driveway at 0439, a breaking 400 would call out to D-3 and get a 241 for 1 east to 1 at CPF-AY. Dunno if the new signals not yet set.
Again, you know who hasn't been mentioned, but dunno what their absence might mean.

0240-0450/10-29-2021 had as its prelude X7.8 crossing noise at 0222 followed by power noise to the east as I was going to my car. The nor'easter's high humidity had frozen -- thanks to the cold snap -- on both sides of my windshield, so I idled in place for a bit. An iced windshield was the first return of a long-unexperienced event. Out of 0242 Yard Channel hash emerged a long-unheard symbol -- I (yep, as in India) 2K getting a good for 20. 0242 would also offer D-3 asking AY-3 what their engine number was and then giving the 7690 a 241 for the Single at 312 west to the 2. That's usually the cue for a runaround, but naught further would be heard to, from, or about AY-3, so mebbe a combination of ZombieZones and signal indications.
0303 would be when a breaking D-3 would 241 I2K on the #2 at CPF-AY, other deets lost, and I2k would continue to tell themselves things.
At 0317, the 333 WLs were dark, the usual pattern of Stops for the 334 ELs and darkness for the 1 WB stagger for 335 and the 335s.
On the way WB up Da Hill, I2K would provide occasional audio, and up Da Hill, the 345s were dark and the yard MT. At 0334, D-3 would reach out to ED-8 and then -- without me moving -- go into hash mode. The company Case loader had left its position by the MART fence, but a RELAM hyrail Gradall was in the lower lot.
Things went quiet for the EB leg of the trip, the 333 WLs dark at 0349, also when Yard Channel hash resumed. Further east, the EB staggers for 330 were both at Approach, and after a refueling stop, the 330.8 WBs, 3330 WLs and ELs, GL WLs, and FG WLs were dark.
At 0407, there had been a nearby car countdown, and the mebbe-5943 was doing the some shoving by the used-car dealership east of the FG ELs. 0410 would be when D-3 would answer and roger Q426, naught further to be heard to, from, or about. At 0413 and on East Side and on the east end of however many racks sat dark KCIR 5876 and 7585. Next would start a D-3/TC T954 convo that produced a time-effective 0417 Form D G303 with a Line 2 for east on 1 between the Derby EL and WL EL, the Line 3 for passing Stop signals on the way. 0417 would also produce a D-3 call to ED-8, naught further heard.
Main Street/Rte. 13 was detoured north of the UGB, so there was no view of the EB staggers for Derby or potential company hopper on the RVJ stub.
At 0419, there was garble out of which "POAY" emerged, naught -- again -- further to be heard to, from, or about. Also at 0419, TC T 954 having called east and clear of Derby, D-3 fulfilled Form D G302.
There would be spells of Yard Channel garble, followed at 0429 with Yard Channel clarity -- "ED-8. you got about another 10 to a stop.
ED-8 would be the last clear presence on the airwaves, starting at 0446 a "good for another 12," more countdowns, and a 0449 "anywhere," the next minute being silence.
Passing along a hedzup that Sirius gave me for more wind and rain later on 10-29 and early on 10-30.

0240-0440/11-01-2021 was busy, starting off with the D-3 side of a convo with Q427 that produced the 0246 fulfillment of 426's Form D 307 and the issuance of Form D G301 to *power ID lost cuzza P&W St. Albans Dispatcher getting busy* for MP X25 to Burncoat. D-3 asked for and rogered the length, and there will be more about 427 to follow. As an aside, it seems that 10-31 was quiet on the Form D front.
At 0248, D-3 answered AY-3, saying he would be able to accommodate that and take them down to 312. There will be more, as well, to follow about AY-3.
In another couple there would be a clear "POAY" amid some Yard Channel hash. To, from, or about? Dunno.
At 0314, the 333 WLs were dark, Stops on the 334 WLs and darkness on the 1 WB stagger for 335 and the 335s to follow.
At 0322, there was Road-side hash followed by a "roger that," followed at 0324 by D-3 calling out to ED-8, followed by more hash, Mount Wachusett now in the way.
Up Da Hill, the 345 ELs were at Stop, the 1 WL at Clear, and 22K sitting dark on on 1. The power was NSs 6957, 4432, and 9822, but instead of being across from the old platform, the power was up by the D'Angelo's. The yard had clear-tented centerbeams and other general mebbe on the 1 track and loaded racks to the south. ED-8? Dunno again.
At 0333, D-3 started a convo with FI-2 about stating the runaround of the cars. Next came a disregard with the words to head down light power to AY-3 whose engine had died. D-3 told FI-2 that he'd give them a Line 5 when they were ready, next advising AY-3 that he'd give them a Line 8 when they were ready.
I was ready to be EB, and at 0338 started a breaking Form D G302 to the 7609, a deets-lost Line 8, time effective 0339. There was more breakage, bits about if it couldn't happen and getting them a cab.
At 0347, the 333 WLs were dark. Further east, there were Approaches on the EB staggers for 330 and darkness on the 330.8 WBs, 330 WLs and ELs, GL WLs and FG WLs.
At 0357, a broken Form D G304 had started, even the time effective lost, but probably 0358, followed by an equally-broken 241, some clarity now to emerge. The recipient was to grab the power, put it on top of the vars on 1 and shove back into Spagna. At 0440 and unsurprisingly, there FI-1/2 parking spot was MT, and there coulda been lit number boards well east on East Side.
Because there was road work going on under the Main Street/Rte. 13 UGB, there was no access to Nashua Street fro a view of either the EB staggers for Derby or possible company hopper on the RVJ stub.
At 0414, D-3 would answer ED-8 with NS 6956 on 1 at the Willows east to the train that stood disabled. Among the things that the Dead/ZombieZones had eaten was the change from FI-2 to ED-8 as rescue power. Guessing that ED-8 mighta been at or around San-Vel, so it made sense. There was more, but Mount Wachusett was being Mount Wachusett, A couple later, D-3 gave out a multidigit number, mebbe to ED-8 for AY-3's marker.
Remember 427? Well, as I was climbing the grade outta Oakdale at 0421, so was a marker. At 0423, D-3 advised AY-3 that they were all set, cancelling their Form D G302 at 0425. At 0426, D-3 reached out to ED-8cancelling their Form D G304 at 0428 and giving permission to reverse direction from where they stood and proceed west west at CPF-WL. 0429 was when D-3 gave permission to FI-2 to proceed west at CPF-Camp, presumably related to their earlier runaround.
Worcester Main MAS being Worcester Main MAS, I had able to get to the good side of the Temple Street/Rte. 140/MP X7.8 crossing well ahead of protection activation -- also at 0429. Crossing noise had overridden the talker coming on, and CSXTs 5377, 341, and 5458 got their 55 west at 0434, acknowledging the X7.8's no defects. The were covered hoppers, a goodly number of Railboxes, a few Maquam and Twin Rivers tented centerbeams, a coupla MT centerbeams, and a few MT bulkheads, mebbe for sheet or structural steel.
There was naught more over the airwaves that got to me as of 0440, but Burncoat crossing noise was heard at 0449.

0240-0425/11-03-2021 started off quiet, PW Yard Channel hash being the first proof of scanner function. At 0255 there would be some Dispatcher-side hash, followed in a few by Yard Channel hash.
0301 would be when ED-8 with NS 6971 reached out to D-3 with an update, D-3 rogering whatever ED-8 had just said. 0305 would present more ED-8/D-3 partials involving a live recrew with POED, followed by stating they had just gone into penalty application with no warning and no indication. Given ED-8's relative clarity, they had probably been at East Fitchburg.
At 0313, the 333 WLs were dark, and at 0315, there was a brief spurt of Boston West garble. The 334 ELs were at Stop and the 1 WB stagger for 335 and the 335s dark. About midway between 334 and 335 started a series of unattributable car countdowns, and most of my way WB up Da Hill, D-3 OKd AY-3 for their runaround.
Up Da Hill, the 345s were dark and the yard MT save for a dark KCIR 5976 up by Pratt. With ED-8 already east, the MT yard hinted at a future EDPO/and/or FI-3.
On my way EB, ED-8 called out to D-3 and -- thanks to my decreasing altitude -- went into garble, but got a thanks from D-3, so mebbe they were back on the move.
At 0341, the 333 WLs were dark. Further east, the EB staggers for 330 were at Approach, and at 0354, a period of D-2 hash would begin, a clear "LA-2" emerging at 0356. The 330.8 WBs, 330 WLs and ELs, and GL and FG WLs dark.
At 0353, the FI-1/2 parking spot had been MT, and 4 later, D-3 again OKd AY-3 on signal indication. At 0359, the EB staggers for Derby were both at Approach and there was a single white light visible to the east, too strong to be a power indicator. A company hopper was on the RVJ stub, but had been shoved west to make room for 2 covered hoppers.
At 0405, AYPO started a breaking -- in more than 1 sense -- Yard Channel convo with D-3 that would involve breakers being reset, D-3 asking if they had the Engine House number, and then saying he would get it for them. When that took place dunno cuz I was getting further away from D-3's weak Yard Channel transmissions. Equipment troubles did seem to be a key and unifying theme of the the trip.
0409 would be when D-3 gave AY-3 garbled permission to do something somewhere, that being the last even semiclear reception.
You know who hasn't been mentioned, and youiknow why.
 #1584184  by jaymac

0240-0435/11-05-2021 was another slow 1. There was 0244 Yard Channel garble, but of the P&W type. At 0250, D-3 would give AY-3 with the 7575 permission to proceed west towards CPF-AY, a probable indication of a runaround.
At 0302, FI-2 reached out to D-3, who gave them -- with the 5968 -- permission to proceed west on the #2 at Derby and asking what side they wanted at Fitchburg, rogering the now-garble-to-me response. In another garble contribution, D-2 came through the speaker at 0311, possibly to NA-2.
0313 was when the 333 WLs were dark, the 334 ELs at Stop and the 1 WB stagger for 335 and the 335s dark, and the radio going silent, at least for me.
Up Da Hill, the 345s were dark, and the yard had occupants. 2 from the easterly FP had had 1 clear-tented centerbeam, 1 rack, covered hoppers, 1 coil car, LPGs, more covered hoppers and then racks from the ambulance company to the westerly FP. 4 had gons, structural steel, a box, and whatever else was blocked from view.
Silence continued EB to just W of the Rte. 2 EB crest at 0338 when a breaking D-3 answered somebody, static next ruling.
At 0345, the 333 WLs were dark, and further east, the EB staggers for 330 were at Approach. Post refueling stop, the 330.8 WBs, the 330 WLs and ELs, and the GL and FG WLs were dark. There had been brief garbles at 0357 and again at 0404, the latter the same time as NewBlue 5968 sat dark in the FI-1/2 parking spot.
Heading over to Nashua Street would come some broken and unattributable car countdowns, and at 0409, D-3 answered Q426, unfavorable topography next doing all it could to qualify as unfavorable. X7.8 crossing noise had been heard inside Château-jaymaque at 0218.
The RVJ lot was active at 0410, so there was no viewing of the EB staggers for Derby or hoppers on the stub.
There would be only a few servings of hash for the balance of the trip D-2 -- again -- closing things out at 0435.
Again, lotsa other usual presences absent.

161.400 is the PAR/S Yard Channel frequency.
 #1584334  by rustyrails

I know the question I’m about to ask is not about Gardner activity, but would you’ll you know why the Q426 leaves an engine at New Born St in Worcester only to have to hitch back up to the Q427 on the way back?
 #1584351  by jaymac

As a mere mortal civilian, I'm guessing it's to make sure there's adequate and reliable WB horsepower for 427, which -- however heavy or light -- picks up additional at Worcester. Leaving the unit at New Bond saves fuel for that unit for however much time it's on PAS and eases operations in Worcester proper by not having that unit sit idle in already cramped space.
As mebbe tmi, New Bond Street got its name from a new process of bonding grit for grinding wheels developed at Norton Abrasives, now Saint-Gobain.
 #1584386  by rustyrails

It just seems like a waste of time unhitching and hitching it back up all the time. You can bet your life that one of the boys that makes the BIG bucks made that call. BTW, I knew how New Bond got it's name. I was up in that area many moons ago!

0250-0445/11-08-2021 showed that a few minutes later than usual for a start time can produce different results. Yes, there were the expectable Dispatcher-side hashfests, followed at 0254 by D-3 answering Q426, that going into hash and -- in a different voice -- "POAY" emerging into clarity.
The hash a couple later was from Boston West, intermittent Yard Channel hash not getting to me until 0305 and later.
At 0320, the 333 WLs were dark, the usual Stops on the 334 ELs and darkness on the 1 WB stagger for 335 and then the 335s to the accompaniment of ongoing intermittent Yard Channel hash, 0330 providing a clear "back it up."
Up Da Hill the 345s were dark, and at 0337, D-3 OKd AY-3 on signal indication at 312, asking for and rogering the engine number. The Extension to the westerly FP of 1 had general that included LPG tanks and covered hoppers, 2 had apparently MT racks from the east upto Royal Steam Heater and then general, 4 being anybody's guess.
The EB trip continued with intermittent hash, and the 333 WLs were dark at 0351. At 0352, D-3 would 241 AY-3 with the 7575 from the Single west to 2 at 312.Naught further would be heard to, from, or about AY-3.
Further east the EB staggers for 330 were both at Stop, the 330.8 WBs with a Clear for 1 and Stop for 2. There was sitting general visible on 2, and the 330 ELs and GL WLs were at Stop.
There had been a 0353 D-3/ED-9 exchange involving tonnage and length -- 6501 tons and 6100'. The leader was already west when I got to the platform, but NSs 4722 and 1222 trailed. Up front were trash and C&D, MT racks to the rear, the marker west of the 330 ELs at 0403.
Dunno whether it was EDPO, ED-8, or mebbe even FI-3, but the occupant of 2 had dark NewBlue 7535, KCIRs 7727 and 7898, and NewBlue 3405.
Further east. the FG WLs were at Stop, and since there were ongoing car countdowns, a side-trip south of the 2 was taken with naught visible except for what was the rubble of the Simonds Saw plant. Guess the UPS facility will happen.
At 0411, the FI-1/2 parking spot was MT, the car countdowns continuing. At 0415, D-3 answered ED-9, the developments getting hashed as I moved into a Mount Wachusett blockage. 400's departure from Wachusett was scheduled for 0425, but no Service Alerts for any delay were shown.
At 0417, the EB staggers for Derby were both at Approach -- FI-2 to the east? -- and a company hopper and 2 Brand X covered hoppers on the RVJ stub.
There would be only occasional garbles for the rest of the trip, 0445 being when the P&W St. Albans Dispatcher headzupped WX-3 about CSX activity on The Hill, saying it shouldn't affect them.
 #1584553  by jaymac

0240-0435/11-10-2021 started of with scatterings of Yard Channel activity that showed POAY was busy, a mix of car countdowns predominating.A t 0312 -- the same time the 333 WLs were dark -- D-3 called out to Q426, rogered what they said, and told them to stand by. Any further developments didn't get to me, and that would be the last clarity to, from or about 426 or 427.
The 334 ELs were at Stops, and the 1 WB stagger for 335 and the 335s were dark. At 0317, TC T954 started a convo with D-3 that would lead to a time-effective-0321 Form D G302 for Trackc 2 from CPF-335 to CPF-AY. The Line 3 had no trains or TCs ahead and permission to pass Stop signals at CPFs 335, 334, 333, 330, FG, Derby, and Camp. At the end, D-3 wanted a call east and clear of FG, a hint that there might be an eventual EB that would be stopping west and clear of FG..
The trip up Da Hill had only occasional hash. The 345s were dark, and the ambient darkness did naught to dispel the sense that the yard was a carbon copy of 48 hours earlier.
A couple of static eruptions -- mebbe not even company -- were the soundtrack for the start of the EB leg of the trip.
0344 was when 1) the 333 WLs were dark and 2) D-3 acknowledged TC T954 east and clear of FG. A couple later came the start of a number of Dispatcher-side garbles, guesses to follow.
The EB staggers for 330 were both at Approach and the 330.8 WBs, 330 WLS and ELs. and GL and FG WLs all dark.
At 0358, NewBlue 5968 was dark, solo, and west-facing in the FI-1/2 parking spot and further east on East Side sat dark and West-facing KCIR 7635 and at least 1 unIDable trailer.
At 0402 that would be a broken D-2 2 241 for Meadowcroft Street, and a minute later, POAY would tell themselves there were 4 to go. At 0405, the EB staggers for Derby showed and Approach for 1 and Stop for 2, no marker visible. The RVJ stub status was unchanged.
There would be spells of hash, some coming from Boston West at 0423, and at 0430, D-3 acknowledged TC T954 east and clear of Camp. That call for that call hadn't been originally heard, so mebbe that was part of earlier Dispatcher-side garble. In more guessing, calling clear of Camp may have been so the 7635 on East Side could get WB, but never heard. D-3 also asked if the 954 was ready for a Line 2 Addition, that being on the 2 east from CPF-AY to CPF-Willows with 0431 for the time effective, followed by a 241on 2 east at CPF-AY. The next few would belong to POAY.
As always, you know who hasn't been mentioned, and you know why.
 #1584663  by jaymac

0240-0435/11-12-2021 provided even more TC radioactivity, as will be seen.
The first proof of scanner function came at 0252 courtesy of CSX. 0304 would provide proof of company function when "POAY" emerged from a hashnado.
At 0309, a sometimes-breaking D-3 reached out to FI-3 with NS 9950 -- yes, 9950 and not 6950 -- giving them permission to occupy the #2 at someplace. FI-3 was close enough to garble, so I invested 0312-0320 at the dark 333 WLs in case it had been the #2 at 335, but since darkness remained, I guessed it had been at either FG or OX for the entry permission.
The 334 ELs were at Stop and the 1 WB stagger for 335 and the 335s dark, all to extended radio silence.
Up Da Hill, the 345 ELs were at Stop and the 1 WL at Clear, shunting being done by dark, solo, and west facing KCIR 7875 on the #2 by the lower lot. The MT yard made that placement seem strange, but more will follow.
Radio silence got broken into the EB leg of the trip by Yard Channel activity starting at 0342, the close order making it seem like car countdowns.
At 0347, the 333 WLs were dark, and further east the EB staggers for 330 were both at Approach. The 330.8 WBs, 330 WLs and ELs, and GL and FG WLs would all be dark. At 0355, a both-sides audible D-3/TC1624 convo started, leading to time-effective 0359 Form D G302 with a Line 2 for the #1 west from CPF 330 to CPF 335 and a line 3 for no trains or TCs ahead and to pass Stop signals at CPF 333 and CPF 334. The Foreman had asked about getting further west, and D-3 advised there was a pig train coming that would pick up an engine off the 2 in Gardner, and after the pickup, D-3 would get the Foreman going again. I had been at the Fitchburg platform for the convo, so the unseen TC musta been right up by the 330 ELs.
At 0403, the FI-1/2 parking spot was MT, and at 0408 -- yes, favorable traffic lights again -- the EB staggers for Derby showed an Approach for 1 and Stop for 2 -- FI-2 mebbe to the east -- and the RVJ stub hopper status was unchanged.
At 0411, TC1624 called west and clear of 333 on the #1 and asked about Gardner again. D-3 advised that they were just heading through 354 now, and the Foreman advised he was standing by.
There would be brief Yard Channel hashes at 0421, and a minute later, a now-breaking D-3 talked to TC*ID hashed* to confirm that all was as it should be and that there were no new restrictions, all leading to the 0421 cancellation of Form D G301Things started off broken at 0430, but cleared up with a "Ready to copy?" Form D G301 to TCT956 with a Line 2 for the 1 between Willows and Camp and a Line 3 for no trains or TCs ahead and to pass Stop signal at CPF AY was made effective at 0431. Mebbe TC T 956 got the earlier cancellation.
There would be some Yard Channel garbles at 0432, and at 0435, D-3 would acknowledge TCT956 west and clear of Willows.
There was naught heard to, from, or about any and all unmentioned.

0240-0435/11-15-2021 was cold and damp, and the hash served up -- starting at the start with D-3 and Boston West -- was sparse, of the virtual variety, and thus not comfort food.At 0312, the 333 WLs were dark. Stops on the 334 ELs and darkness on the 1 WB stagger for 335 and the 335s to follow.
Most of the WB way up Da Hill and at 0323, Boston East made a coupla contributions to the hash, and all the way up Da Hill, the 345s were dark. The yard has some occupants on 1 from the hardware store west -- MT rail or structural steel carriers and the a mix -- to the easterly end of the Pratt yard.
At 0342, there was only temporary clarity when AY-3 called out to AYPO, hash again the mode. A minute later, the 333bWLs were dark, and further east, the EB staggers for 330 were both at Approach.
Post refueling stop, the the 330.8 WBs, 330 WLs and ELs, and GL and FG WLs were dark.
At 0353, a breaking-to-me D-3 had given FI-2 a 241 for 312, so it was no surprise that the FI-1/2 parking spot was MT at 0402.
At 0407, the EB staggers for Derby were both at Approach. With FI-2 well east, I'm starting to wonder if those signals have been reset to constant-on. Hopper status for the RVJ stub remains unchanged.
At 0409, the garble this time was on Road side, and at 0416 came "FI-2 calling *garbled*." 0425 would have D-3 call out to FI-2, roger whatever they next said, and OK them on signal indication. A minute later, D-3 would call out to FI-2 again, but then tell them to disregard. The next 9 would not even have hash.
Yes, this post sets a recent jaymac brevity record, but only because of the lack of audiovisual input.
