On December 14, Metro announced details for the next phase of its ongoing Platform Improvement Project. For summer 2021, Metro will focus on two stations: Arlington Cemetery and Adddison Rd, both of which will be closed. In addition, there will be no Blue line service; instead, the Yellow line will run to Van Dorn (in addition to its regular route). Metro will be running a shuttle buses to connect riders to the closed stations. This phase will run Feb. 13, 2021 through May 23, 2021.

Details and maps are here https://www.wmata.com/about/news/Spring ... atives.cfm.

According to the article, Metro completed reconstructing the platforms at National Airport.

Just to close the thread, I wanted to add a second article from WMATA with photos discussing in more detail the work accomplished at each station. https://www.wmata.com/service/rail/Plat ... vances.cfm. What stood out to me are these new 'ASD' locations, or areas of safe dispersal. Anyone have insight into this new feature?

Unlike stations in subway with a single entrance that also have emergency exits to the surface, this feature acts as that emergency exit. This feature (west end of Greensboro) is in all of the surface stations on the Silver line. It is basically a space to escape to from the platform in the event of an incident that my cause physical harm. The area can be used In older stations without that feature but would require crowd control to keep people off the tracks.
