Looks like they didn't file their 2020 nor 2021 annual report, and probably didn't pay the fee either. It's $100/yr + late filing penalties + the paperwork cost...The Registered Agent is supposed to be on top of this sort of thing, unless you don't pay him. They didn't file in 2019 until NH threatened to "administratively dissolve" them, same thing will happen this year.

Will they announce a partnership with Bay Colony to restore passenger service from Woonsocket to Millis?

It would have been really neat if they had been able to pull it off. I still think it is a good concept except it's unclear how a company that will need to lease equipment, track, operating personnel, maintenance, will rely on government capital grants, and doesn't own any real estate would make a profit or even protect it's "intellectual property".
