Anybody know the history of this customer/siding/spur? Since the early '80s, when I first took the LIRR to points west, from Hicksville, I don't remember ever seeing flatcars or gondolas loaded with pipe, just west of the station. Only huge piles of dirt.

Hello, In the 60s there was a company called Hudson Berlin. That's the only one I know of. Frankand Cindy

Interesting map! No Hicksville Team Yard yet, though. When was that land acquired by the LIRR and the yard built????

Probably a real-estate company that owned a facility/warehouse with a rail siding which would be leased out to whatever company could use it.
