One of many articles online concerning this 2 million dollar fire at Reisdorf Brothers .

I got to thinking as to how much rail traffic they may have been receiving after looking at these pics and overheads.

Only time I was there was about 10 years ago when employer asked us to sample molasses from a rail car at this location. Quite a head scratcher when realized it was in a tanker from TX in the middle of winter. But they smiled and said there is a way we do it.

Let's hope it does not have too much adverse effect on ARA's traffic. :( When you have so few customers, it does not take much of a problem to be felt at the bottom line.

I agree, also wanted clarify after my comments above that it’s such an devastating event for the community, employees for a business that has been operating for almost a hundred years.
