It's that way because of rule; VRS changed us from NORAC to GCOR, and put it into Other Than Main Track for the interim, which by rule is not to exceed Restricted Speed which for GCOR is 10MPH. Once the traffic picks up I am assuming we will be moved to Track Warrant Control, and thus back to 25.

Thank you - never had to be GCOR qualified.
