There are 3 Metrolink Cars(Cabs?) on # 4(3 ) behind the power, Did SCAX send the cars to Beech Grove for rebuilding?

A poster on Trainorders asserts they are headed to Talgo in Milwaukee for rebuilding, and to expect more of these moves.

Are you sure about Taglo in MILW?, That would mean the Hi would be shuttling cars to from that factory!
