C&O of Indiana leased

CSX leased the remaining segement of the C&O of Indiana out to a new shortline called the Indiana Eastern Railroad. CSX will continue to operate on trackage rights the dirt trains over the Cottage Grove to Fernald segment, until the end of the year.
