Does any rail interest still exist for the ex-RDG thru Bethlehem (now the greenway)? Like does septa have the right to rebuild the tracks? Reason I ask is because around the row new buildings have been built around it and they have walkways and upper floors that go high up over the row, but nothing has been built ontop of it. Looks as if to allow trains to pass under it.

Pretty sure the ROW remains as ROW. The ownership may have changed, the usage may have changed, and a bunch of paperwork would probably be required, but the greenway could theoretically become a railway again. Probably won't happen, but it could.
