Any idea when the "EL" 4519 will be out in revenue?? Anyone know??

I know the PRR had mechanical problems so that might be a little while longer.

If anyone happens to know what train/line the PRR unit will be on tomorrow (11/2), please do share. I would absolutely take the drive up north to see her in action if I got a solid lead. Thanks!

CNJ liveried 4109 is on the 5.12 Hoboken - Mount Olive this evening, paired with 4100. I'm on it to MSU and they sound spectacular!

If I'm not mistaken, I believe #4100 is providing the head end power for the train. I was told #4109 still has HEP issues.

Could be, but I'm fairly sure they were both providing traction power; there's a couple of videos on Youtube that appear to substantiate this.

Imagine my surprise this morning while sitting in the usual Rt. 80 traffic to see NJT #4100 leading CNJ heritage 4109 into the Mt. Arlington station.

More surprisingly--- Long Hood Forward to boot! I was under the impression that NJT had basically done away with running the GP40s LHF in revenue service. Guess I was wrong.

Also seems a little too coincidental that they chose to pair up another ex-cnj unit (4100) with the 4109. Good to see NJT acknowledging their heritage.

Both engines were definitely running.

I hope this set stays around here for awhile!

EDIT to add: it appears the engines running LHF was due to a cab car failure. Guess I got lucky seeing this one.

Makes me wonder when was the last time double-headed ex-CNJ units ran a revenue train LHF. Very cool.

this program is great but I've been looking for what original signage is still up for people to see.

1. Hoboken station has Lakawanna on obvious places.
2. Old Montclair Station (my favorite) has 'Lakawanna' on it: https://goo.gl/maps/VryaJ5vudhMkRGYr6
3. Old CNJ Broadstreet station has 'New Jersey Central' on it: https://goo.gl/maps/7m7i5PCbMwCmVuPY7

does anyone know of other obvious or not so obvious signage?
