Did anybody read that story in the globe (I think Sunday) about that guy from Maine who is wanted for polluting land over and over again? It mentioned in the article he had trailers and boxcars on his property. Two boxcars were visible in a picture, one appeared to be BAR. is anybody familiar with this case?

I didn't see the article, but I am guessing its Harry Smith up in Meddybemps - he is responsible for several sites up that way. He was convicted last year and fled, for environmental crimes. We did some work at three of the sites. There are all kinds of boxcars and trailers at all of his sites. EPA region I or MDEP should have some kind of ROD (Record of Decision) for the sites online, probably EPA.

yes, that's him. Is there actually a spur onto his property for the purpose of junking boxcars?
