So which line brought the Abrams tanks in from Georgia?

On what flavor of flatbed? Does the 70 ton load require extra wheelsets?

Where are they being unloaded?

CSX, as they delivered by rail to Benning Yard in Southeast Washington and loaded onto 30 wheel lowboy truck.

2 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 1 M88A2 Hercules Recovery Vehicle, 1 Humvee and 2 M1 Abrams Main Battle Tanks.

They came up the CSX A-Line and then the RF&P. It was a special move (W990-29) with both Veterans Unit (#1776) and First Responders (#911) units pulling. It was a high/wide oversize load and there was a conflicting high/wide move also heading down the A-Line (W995-29) so the train waited in Rocky Mount yard until W995 cleared.

Video through Ashland, VA (RF&P): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7DW_2zVw5o

The flats were 6-axle DODX cars.

The 2 locos, the three flats, one tank, and one Bradley came south on W899-05 to Acca Yard. The flats continued back to Georgia on a manifest, while the locos were sent back north towards Cumberland, MD on Q416 the next day.
