Exciting plans were unveiled earlier this year to bring the Folkestone Harbour branch line back into use.
This is just one example of Kent's rich railway heritage but it has been left as something of a rubbish dump over the past few years.
It used to provide a connection for boat trains from London, with ferry services to France.
The line closed to regular passenger train services in 2001, although the occasional Orient Experience and railtours continued until 2009.
But now Network Rail has announced it is set to clear another section of the line and bring it back into community use.
