Strange sighting at Croton Harmon

Although admittedly not a Metro North sighting................

This morning There is a short Amtrak "pull-pull" (i.e., locomotive - coach - locomotive) consist standing about 1/2 mile north of Croton Harmon station --- has been standing for a while. Anybody know what that's about?
