Kevin Burholder update?

Would anyone know what happened with Kevin Burholder? I saw what looked like a news story about his arrest. But I can find no follow up info on the disposition of his case? In addition he seems to have vanished from the internet. I realize he is a controversial figure in the rail fan community so perhaps someone will know the answer. I tried googling and the only later dated hit I got showed his court date on a state vs. Burkholder court docket page.

This is the one I have seen. His court date was early Jan. Wondering what the outcome was?
