G-d, I remember seeing that on Masterpiece Theater when it was first on. I think Diana Rigg was hosting, but maybe it was still Alistaire Cooke.

I know I am about as far off topic as anyone can be but...

They should have never, ever, ever replaced Rondeau by Mouret. That opening was a classic.

I sold tickets for sixteen years in the Morristown, NJ station, built by the Lackawanna Railroad. The ceiling is several stories high and the acoustics superb. I had the pleasure of hearing live music performed there several times. Picture of it below.
