Anyone know what the MP was for Clinton tunnel? Also, besides "The Federal" were there any name passenger trains or freights that ran on the line when it was intact?

Don't have the bridge # of the tunnel. There were two through freights via the Central Mass. in the World War I era. I have 1914 and 1916 employee timetables. Freights were BH-1 and BS-1, Boston to Northampton and Boston to Springfield respectively. They obviously were not very long trains as the sidings weren't very long, although the schedules were timed so that nothing much was on the branch at the time. Operational changes had the through freight running via Fitchburg and East Deerfield within a few years.

According to the track chart images Scott Whitney sells, the bridge E. of the tunnel was MP 34.69, the viaduct W. of the tunnel was 35.01. Rail through the tunnel and over the viaduct was 85 lb., elsewhere 75 lb.
