Line to Quincy, IL

I know the BNSF from Chi to Galesburg is CTC. What about Galesburg to Quincy? CTC or TWC-ABS?

I don't know CTC or TWC from ABS. But I can say that the QCY - GBB line hits that sweet spot: enough freight traffic so that the line is maintained to a high standard making it is as smooth as any in the system, yet, not enough to cause freight train interference. It is signaled; and trains rarely slows down from 79mph.
