Sometimes it will say that in perpetuity. 2 months isn't an extremely long time, I've received calls for something I applied to 2 months prior, but I'd say after 3-4 months, it is pretty safe to say it is a done deal. I just had an application from October of 2014 finally say "process complete" in August.
