E9 Inspection Trip on the TP&W - Date?

Does anyone remember the date of the Delaware Otsego inspection trip over the TP&W right before the sale to RailAmerica. The power was the two E9s and the train consisted of some NYSW/DO business cars. I found the photos I took of the train, and I'm trying to get the date on them. I believe it was August 1998, but I'm not completely sure.
