Probably old news, and maybe a thread elsewhere on here about this, but I just heard this story on NPR today:
http://nwpr.org/post/workers-question-s ... -crude-oil" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Seems like the Oracle of Omaha's railroad pays lip service to safety rules, and treats whistleblowers mercilessly.
Disclaimer: I used to hold a long position in another Class I railroad, but I liquidated when I found out about its dismal safety record.
