Transfer coonection between the G & 7 train at Court Sq.

I read back in July 2004 that Citigroup was going to built another office building at Court Sq & that a free transfer would be built between the G & #7 train there.

When will construction of this transfer connection begin & where will it be built exactly.

Actually that is a free transfer. It's not physically connected but you can exit one station and use your metrocard at the next station and will just show up "XFER OK". I'm not sure how long you have to do this in before the transfer is no longer valid but I assume it's the same as the free SIRT transfer and the transfer between F and NRW456 at Lexington Avenue.
