Caroline County VRE (Carmel Church)

Article says that Caroline County likes the Carmel Church Area (which I take to be Exit 104 off I-95) for its new station.

I'm curious as where the actual proposed station site is. Since they refer to "Carmel Church," I assume they're thinking west of 95 (east of 95 is Ruther Glen, site of a long-vanished RF&P station).
