I don't know what the arrangment is, but when foreign power P&W (CP in the past) comes in the NY&A "borrows" locomotives to switch Fresh Pond. If P&W units are in the yard, that mean they came down with loaded hopper cars and will depart this evening with the northbound empties after the crew rests.
