I got the permission to have the pro diver`s to dive the quarry. slated for sometime this summer. not sure of the date as of yet. I`ll keep you all posted on the up dates to come.

Len: When is the dive scheduled to take place? Have you gotten together with the volunteers? Are cameras available for this investigation?

It's the height of summer and I've seen nothing new on this topic. A lot of people would like to hear something.

Update: This project is no rumor, it's 100% real. The divers will be diving the quarry sometime August, 2005. We are hoping we will find the locomotive, if not we still made history in what ever may be down there.

Pennsy Steam Engine at Bottom of Quarry

I read this whole thread with some real anticipation. Hoping to get to the bottom of the page and find out the engine's been rescued out of the quarry. What has happened since July of 2005?
